How long does it take for your products to arrive?

Thanks to our direct transport methods, we have the possibility of delivering the products within a maximum of 7 days. In the case of product customization, it is based on the production time, which can take 4 to 6 weeks. We can provide more information about the exact duration once you have placed your order or contacted us in advance.

 

Are the diamonds you use certified?

The diamonds used by our company are certified G.I.A. (Gemological Institute of America) And subsequently treated by the most expert gemologists and designers for further control of the 4Cs (Cut, Clarity, Colour, Carat Weight).

 

Is it possible to personalize a ring?

All products consist of a base (bracelet, ring, necklace and earring) and a fully customizable set-up to have a personal and unique product.

 

How safe is my data?

Your data is 100% safe with us. Your data will not be passed on to anyone. For details, please read the privacy policy in our terms and conditions

 

What happens after placing my order? 

You will receive an automatically generated order confirmation by email from our Webshop. Your order will be completed or shipped as soon as we receive the payment.

 

What if I would like to discuss certain details?

Do the prices already include VAT?

Yes, all indicated shop prices already include 19% VAT.

 

Can I cancel my order? 

There is no right of withdrawal for each piece of jewelry that is unique and personalized after the order has been received. Excluded from this are all products we have in stock and are listed on our website. For the purchase of products that are on our website and do not need to be processed further, you can withdraw your consent within 14 days, provided that you have not worn it. If approved, the product(s) must be returned to our studio within 14 days in its/their original packaging. A processing fee of €20 (for EU, including return label) or €45 (outside the EU) is charged for the return process, which must be deducted from the refund amount.

 

How do I pay by credit card?

When paying by credit card, the charge will be made on the same day. When paying by credit card, the customer provides the following data: cardholder, card number, credit card company, expiry date, CVV code. The data is transmitted via SSL encryption and is therefore not visible to unauthorized persons.

 

How do I pay with PayPal?

If you choose this payment method, you will be forwarded directly to PayPal for the payment. If you already have a PayPal account, you can log in with your account details and make the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can create a user account for free by entering your bank or credit card details. You then pay by entering your e-mail address and a password and will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail. Your order will then be processed immediately.

 

How do I pay by bank transfer?

With the payment method bank transfer, the customer must make the payment within one week of receipt of the order confirmation. The delivery takes place only after receipt of payment. If payment is not received, the order will be automatically canceled.

 

How secure is the payment?

The payment process itself is SSL encrypted. As a result, all entered data is transmitted in encrypted form. In principle, we do not store any payment data so that your data itself is not at risk. The payment itself runs via the payment gateways of our payment providers (PayPal, etc.)

 

When is the payment due?

If no other payment method has been agreed, the customer undertakes to pay the purchase price in full upon the conclusion of the contract. The delivery of the goods takes place only after receipt of the amount in our bank account. In the case of personalized items, production will start once the full amount has been credited to our bank account.
